Cigars of the Pharaoh: What do we know about The Poet Zloty?

Apart from the all too brief encounter we see with the poet Zloty in Cigars, is there anyhting else we know about him, ie did Herge say anything more about him to Sadoul?
He seems a troubled fellow (probably why he's such a good poet!). I would guess that he is Polish, given that the Polish currency is the Zloty; but I wonder whether he would be a poet of the Romantic or Epic school, or instead more exprimental.

Original version's Zlotzky was named Zlotskwtz in the original B&W Cigars version, where he was introduced as an 'écrivain hongrois' (Hungarian writer)...
