This volume is now in comic shops in the UK. Well, maybe that should be comic shop (singular) as I saw one in Gosh! yesterday afternoon but didn't investigate further.

Folks,

I just finished Volume 2. Got it 2 weeks ago during the hols. Beautiful!!! This book is as good as the first one. Definitely worth buying!!

Cannot wait for the third!
