The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou (2004)

I really enjoyed this film by Wes Anderson and afterwards it struck me how Tintinesque it was. It had a similar atmosphere to these Tintin books:
The Secret of the Unicorn / Red Rackham's Treasure /
The Seven Crystal Balls / Prisoners of the Sun
I suspect if Hollywood ever gets around to making a Tintin live action film it will be too big budget to make it as quirky as Steve Zissou which would be a shame as it captures that naive / cartoony aspect of those books and the earlier Tintin stories.

Did anyone else think the same?
