Where do Tintin pass a sign quite similar to that of a Jolly Roger flag?

In King Ottokar's Sceptre, Page 33 frame D2 (bottom line, middle frame.)
Tintin and Snowy are in Klow, and the skull and crossbones (with lightning bolt above) are on a red metal door, presumeably to an electrical generator or substation, as the lettering beneath the symbol says "Danger High Voltage".
It's a sight gag, as Snowy is looking longingly at the symbol with a thought balloon with a picture of a bone in it. (He accquires himself a bone shortly afterwards of course, from the dinosaur skeleton in the museum.)
