"Unicorn" Movie: Snowy/ Milou movie cup promo?

Hi!
I was just wondering, where is this figure from?
I'm really sure it is promo for the computer-animated movie, and kind of sure it is a cinema movie cup promo -
but I cannot find any info online, so I ask you all if you have some info?

Hmm... Not something I think I have seen before.

You might want to give a bit more detail to help identify it - is there any marking on it anywhere (a date or copyright stamp, for example), and is the black disk solid, hollow, fitted with a thread like a screw-top, how big is it, is it heavy, etc.?

Also it might be helpful to say where in the world you are, as not all areas got the same merchandise, and it could be useful in pin-pointing what you have.
