Look who's back! Wave, where've you been?

due to great academic workload

What kind of an explanation is that? You have got a serious axiological misunderstanding, Tintin comes first and then lawbooks.

Welcome back in business, I missed your Floridan point of views about Tintin :)

welcome back.

As for the quiz, I don't think it is very likely for it to come back. It makes perfect sense to me that it was stopped, because that sort of thing looks extremely difficult to moderate. I suppose that if you wanted to, you could make an email Tintin trivia quiz that any member who wanted to could join.

Is an Englishman a fog fan? Is a Swiss or Norwegian a fan of inclined groud? Is a Scotshman a haggis fan?

A Finn is not a sauna fan, the relationship is more complex, metaphysical and lyrical. Sauna is air I breath, it is bread I eat and give to ducks, sauna is like a dog staring at you with his wet begging eyes, and finally sauna is like an owl hooting on the top of a chimney when the morning breaks, that's what sauna is for a Finn.

It is hot, yes, that is the most striking attribute of a sauna, that's special about it.

Don't you remember me any more, tintinspartan? I had a hiatus as well but I still remember you. The "sauna"-thing started last spring when the quiz was going on. There are lot of cultural peculiarities round the world, sauna or haggis is one of them. :)

Seeing as I haven't posted since 12 Jan 2008, I thought I should probably say something here, so here it is.

Hi Everybody, it's good to be back!
