Prince William's unintentional Tintin cosplay?

Anybody watched the CNN or the BBC recently? Did any of you guys notice Prince William in a familiar outfit?

I was so astonished, I surfed the channels for a while, watching the current British prince in a familar outfit we always love! Ha-hah!
