Tintin'sMom, Tintin is well-known in Australia. Most people seem to remember him from the TV series but the albums are almost always out at libraries around the countries. They're well-read. Unfortunately, few bookshops here stock the books but that could change with the upcoming movie, causing a rise in the availability of Tintin albums.

I was in France a few weeks before the European release and my brother in law said that there was a lot more Tintin products out than usual.

A lot of products indeed and in Bali the movie is already on the black market.

Do you suppose that the studios are not working hard to promote the movie in the US because they don't have faith in the US market?
