Guess what? I believe I found a picture of Colin O'Meara! I was quite keen on seeing who voices Tintin, so I looked at his other credits and found out that he did a role in The TV series 'Road to Avonlea' alongside Sarah Polley as a character called 'Buck Hogan' So I googled Buck Hogan and it came up with his picture from the TV series.

Wow! I don't know about anyone else, but Colin looks alot like Alex DeLarge and my mental image of Bill Sykes from Oliver Twist combined!
