The Blue Lotus: Error on the Cover Dragon?

Anybody have any information of the misprinted Blue Lotus cover where one of the dragons backlegs has 4 claws instead of 3?
How rare is this?
Was it on all of the 1st editions?

Apologies if this has been covered before.

I never heard of any 3-clawed dragon, but the original colour version shows a 5-clawed one, rather than the usual 4-clawed dragon, to which it changed so that it matches the dragon shown in the same scene in the book.

Yes, that's exactly what i meant. I was trying to say 3 claws and a toe on nearly all editions and 4 claws and a toe on the original edition.Apologies for being a bit vague.
