Quick & Flupke: Original publishing order of strips?

I've been working on trying to make a complete list of when each of the two-page (in some cases merely one) Quick & Flupke strips were originally published. Below is what I've been able to ascertain so far. If you know the original date for any other Quick & Flupke strips it will help make this more accurate.
