Perceptive.

As in....

a) It as a trait that Tintin the character possesses in great quantities!
b) It reminds us that the greatness of his character is partly due to the fact that a vast number of people across the globe view and love him differently.

Heh heh, I don't think it's possible to capture Tintin's personality in one word. Though I like IvanIvanovitch's list very much :)
