In Tintin in the Land of the Soviets, Tintin gets drunk (p.121), as mentioned here.
When he wakes up, very hungover, he is trying to have something to drink when the KGB comes in and picks him up (p.122).
Can anyone make out what it is that he is drinking?
Is he having 'a hair of the dog that bit him'?

Yes, according to the label, he's got a bottle of Vichy water, which is a carbonated mineral water; like many sorts of spa waters, it was (or is) reckoned to have restorative properties for those who are under the weather because of the trace elements which it contains - a bit like taking epsom salts.

So no need to worry that he was hitting the alcohol again! :-)

And I thought that bottle was tonic of some kind. I wonder what Snowy was having...
