Hi,

What kind of freebies are available in Tintin shops (or for that matter any establishment selling Tintin goods) in Europe.

I recall when I was kid in the late 70s , a bookstore in Delhi was handing out Tintin pagemarks by Methuen for any purchase irrespective of whether it was a Tintin comic or not.

They have a nice little blue and orange "business card" with shop details and a head and shoulders shot of Tintin and Snowy which they put in your bag at the Covent Garden Tintin Shop, which makes a very serviceable book-mark for Tintin-related reading.
If your load is particularly heavy they have been kind enough in the past to throw in a useful Tintin-themed tote bag to carry purchases home in, which can be pressed into service later for storage or shopping.
