Since I'm not very busy right now I counted the average "scores" of each album.

Here are the results:

1. The Calculus Affair - 9.1 - (14 scores of 10)
2. Prisoners of the Sun - 8.9 - (13)
3. Tintin in Tibet - 8.8 - (16)
4. The Blue Lotus - 8.6 - (12)
5. Explorers on the Moon - 8.3 - (10)
6. The Seven Crystal Balls - 8.2 - (6)
7. Red Rackham's Treasure - 8.1 - (8)
8. Destination Moon - 8.1 - (6)
9. The Secret of The Unicorn - 8.0 - (5)
10. The Red Sea Sharks - 7.8 - (4)
11. King Ottokar's Sceptre - 7.7 - (4)
12. The Black Island - 7.6 - (4)
13=.Flight 714 - 7.5 - (6)
13=.Land of Black Gold - 7.5 - (0)
15. The Cigars of the Pharaoh - 7.5 - (2)
16. Tintin and the Picaros - 7.4 - (3)
17. The Crab with the Golden Claws - 7.3 - (1)
18. The Castafiore Emerald - 6.8 - (3)
19. The Shooting Star - 6.8 - (1)
20. The Broken Ear - 6.8 - (1)
21. Tintin and Alph-Art - 5.9 - (0)
22. Tintin in America - 5.4 - (0)
23. Tintin in the Land of the Soviets - 4.7 - (0)
24. Tintin in the Congo - 4.3 - (0)
25. Tintin and the Lake of Sharks - 1.6 - (0)

Of course I'm not really sure that everything is exactly correct but I did my best. I counted all the half points as whole points.

Well Tintin in Tibet got the most 10's out of any of the books. Remember when I started this ages ago it was to rate all the books out of 10 rather than a which is your favourite album. There are various ways to do it if you think about it.

1. Ask members to put the albums in a rank order, their favourite album being first.

2. Have a knockout competition. It's sort of like a sporting cup competition, basically you pair up the albums and people vote for their favourite of the two. Eventually it is whittled down to two albums against each other and you have a winner.

Might do one of these when i get some time. Someone feel free to beat me to it if you want

Tintin in Tibet is overrated - not bad, but really overrated.
The Calculus Affair in my opinion though is not overrated. It's a perfect blend of suspense, action and humor.
On the other hand, Flight 714 is underrated... :)

I predict it comes down to Calculus Affair and Tibet... :)

I don't rate Tintin and the Lake of Sharks because it is not a "proper" Tintin story, or Tintin and Alph-Art because it is unfinished, and it would not be fair to compare it to Hergé's other masterpieces.
