Hi.
Im looking for Russian versions of the Tintin almbums. I've spend a lot of time looking through all the big book shops in Moscow without any results. Do anyone know a webshop or a shop in Moscow/Sweden (I'm moving back there in 3 weeks) where I can find them.

Thanks

I’m not aware of any shops in Moscow - please let us know if you find one! if you're going to Stockholm in Sweden there is Artmakers in the old town. I've been there but I don‘t remember if it sold books; it seemed to specialize in expensive posters and models.

Also, the French online stores Fnac and amazon.fr have the Russian books;

www.fnac.com

www.amazon.fr

(search for ‘tintin russe‘)

Last time I was at Artmakers (just a week ago), they only had the new Swedish editions and a few English versions (such as the B+W version of Tintin in America). I didn't see (and never have seen) a Russian book there, so don't get your hopes up.

Last time I checked, Last Gasp (a company in San Francisco that specializes in pornography, which I in no way condone) had a few Russian Tintins. The only reason I know of these people is that they are the only wholesaler available to me that stocks Tintin.

Also, you might try the website of Schoenhof's, the oldest foreign-language bookstore in the USA. If they don't list the books on their website, you can always call them and their very friendly and professional staff will try to help.
