Trivia:

  1. The boys also appear in the 1946 colour edition of Tintin in the Congo (page 1, frame 1).
  2. Is it Quick and Flupke we see in The Seven Crystal Balls shooting marbles on the street? Etienne Chevalier (our Belgium Correspondent) does not think the boys are Quick and Flupke, because the boys are too far from home (Quick and Flupke live in Brussels, which is far from La Rochelle).
  3. Quick and Flupke can be seen heading for the Aurora in The Shooting Star.
