Piotr Skut:
what does that mean?

Do you mean anachronism?

It means something that is out of time, or not from the time from which it belongs.

So, in the book Cigars of the Pharaoh the sheik that Tintin meets shows him a copy of Destination Moon, but Cigars was (originally) published in 1934 and Destination Moon 1954.

But, as has been explained, the Cigars book was re-drawn in 1955 so technically Destination Moon would have been the latest book when that version was released.

What does what mean? The "C'était un bien cheic chik, je veux dire, un bien chic cheik!"...?
If that, then the speech is actually garbled, because it's a bit of a tongue-twister, and Tintin is failing to say his words clearly...
He's attempting to say (I'm guessing), "C'était un bien chic sheik!" (which is what Snowy eventually said in the B&W version), which is something like, "He's a really cool sheik!".
Hergé seems to have decided to go all in in the colour version, and really lean into the word-muddling, but
it's not a natural tongue twister in English, so that's presumably why MT & LC-C (actually probably Michael Turner) have translated it as a different joke.
