Been quite the while here, but I am here to help with info for future readers.
The Tintin game is very rare, at least the UK/SWE editions. They usually go for around 70 gbp these days. Had it been a greater game and the quantity had been the same it would have been priced higher. The promo edition is the rarest by far, I have only seen three copies to this date. My copy, this copy and one other.
Promo discs were copies that were sent to game-magazines, stores and so on to test it. The retail versions of games are always higher in numbers than the promo batch, just look up any game for PS1 on Ebay and compare promo vs retail version quantities and you will see that this is the case. Some say that promo discs were pressed in batches of 500 but I cannot confirm this. I suspect the number is lower, at least for some titles.
The value depends on supply and demand but since the promo is so incredibly rare I would put it with the highest price tier within promo games which would be around 350 gbp. BUT, since this promo is practically never for sale and there is such a limited number out there it could very well sell for much higher if a hardcore game collector was interested in aquiring it.
