My name actually comes from a trip to Germany several years ago. I was flirting with the idea of a dragon book. There was this little town called Azville, and I thought that was a very unusual name. I toyed around with it a bit and came up with the name Azvee for one of my dragons.
The story never panned out, but I adopted the name for my internet alias.

There's this show on cartoon network called Adventure Time with Finn and Jake. I don't really care for it, but Finn is a human and Jake is a dog and they go on adventures. And Tintin is a human and Snowy is a dog and they go on adventures! So... Adventure Time with Tintin and Snowy was born. Voila. There you go.

I wanted a cool username to do with Tintin, but the only decent female character is Bianca Castafiore, and anything like "tintinfangirl" was just...not me.
So I went for my internet alias...my real name means "light" and my friends always joke that I act (and look :D) like an angel. Therfore: AngelofLight

Mine was just the first possible username that came to mind, I honestly thought it would be taken!

My Awsome wife "Tintins Quiff" said that with my dark hair, big nose, beard and moustache that "I look like Haddock" and Blistering Barnacles I have to admit that I do a bit!

Um, I really like all of Haddock's insults but I figured most variations on Blistering Barnacles would be taken. So Blistring_Barnacles is a dual reference to the Captain and Abdullah (who spells blistering as blistring).

Well, the first time I saw Tintin was in the TV show Les Bijoux De La Castafiore. And, of course, the crook is La gazza ladra, the thieving magpie! So there you go, Magpie!

My username was inspired after seeing landscapes featuring snow. Simple!
