RicardoOlcese:
Is Joylon Wagg's company really "Rock Bottom Insurance"

Yes, it's a great name for it - "rock bottom" could be a reference to "absolute lowest" prices, but also could just mean "worst" service, so it really reflects Wagg's personality/ way of doing things.
RicardoOlcese:
In French, and Spanish, it's called "Mondass".

The French is a portmanteau word Hergé created, to combine "mondial" (global) with "assurance" (insurance), with the intention that it suggests that Lampion/ Wagg was exaggerating the size and reach of his small provincial business. Does the joke still work in Spanish?

I am afraid Mondass doesn't work in Spanish as it does in French. I sincerely associated "-ass" with "bottom" as a translation, but I'm glad to know it means "assurance". Now excuse me, I have to go to the bank to pay my daily RBI fee.
