I'm not sure if this is in a book, but I love the bit in the trailer for the movie:

Haddock: "Do you know how to fly this thing?"
Tintin: "Don't worry, I interviewed a pilot once."

If we're taking quotes from the trailer as well, then one of mine is:

"Get the keys, Snowy. No! Not the SANDWICH! The KEYS!"

From the books?

Anything by Captain Haddock is absolute vocal gold.

Snowy, at the beginning of Land of the Black Gold - "You aren't starting one of your adventures are you? Why don't we retire?"

Most ironic comments:
From Land of the Black Gold, Tintin to Snowy just after Snowy gets his tail caught in a mousetrap: "You see what happens to nosy parkers?"

Castafiori Emerald, just after Castafiori gives the parrot to Haddock.
Snowy: "I can't stand animals who talk!"

It's not so much a quote, more a visual gag in "The Shooting Star" when Captain Haddock is talking to the chef about Snowy stealing the spaghetti and then promptly slips on a string and starts cursing Snowy

From movie trailer:
Tintin is walking in front of mirror. Tries to get his quiff down...
3 seconds later... pop! It's back up!
I laugh every time!

From book:
Captain Haddock: “Blistering treasure – it's Red Rackham’s Barnacles!!!”

Then his face. (:^<>)

In Tintin in Tibet, the Captain bumps into and yells at a man who promptly yells back. In the next frame, while the Captain stands there stunned, Tintin says what I remember to be "What's the matter, Captain? Finally met your match?" I loved that whole sequence.

From the Broken Ear

Lieutnant(?):"My dear friend, I see my soldiers are back with more rifles. Shall we join them?"
Tintin:"Only too glad..."

Few frames after...
Lieutenant(?):"Squad!... hic... R... r... hic... r-ready... hic!"
Tintin:"Long live... er... long live General Alhambra... no... General Alcazar... Long live General Alcazar!"

And also this

Tintin:"I've already been shot three times... so a fourth time makes no odds to me. I'm used to it."

Those are hilarious!

I really enjoy the exchange between Tintin and Haddock in The Calculus Affair when Tintin realizes that their hotel phone is bugged. Also in the same book, the Haddock/Wagg dialogue over the radio just cracks me up every time!

I also love the Captain's telephone conversation with the wrong-number lady in The Castafiore Emerald, after the parrot gets in the way ("I wasn't talking to you...Nanny Goat!" "Blistering Barnacles, I don't know what prevents me...!? *POK* Cue apoplectic rage) Hahahahaha!!

Another couple of favourites:

The Bordurian's disgusted expression when he picks up the sticking plaster from shaking Tintin's hand: "Szplug! What is this?" and then makes a grand gesture with the plaster still stuck to his thumb.

Also in Tintin in America. Although it is really parodying a very tragic and unjust situation, I think the exchange between the Tintin, the oil executives and the Chief is quite clever.

Tintin: "I'm terribly sorry gentlemen, but that oil well isn't mine to sell. It belongs to the Blackfoot Indians who live in this part of the country."
Exec 1: "Why didn't you say that before?"
Exec 2: "Here, Hiawatha! Twenty-five dollars and half an hour to pack your bags and quit the territory."
Chief: "Has paleface gone mad?"

Hello, didn't know what was going on here for a long time because of exams. I did well more or less, what with the big fat questions set in chemistry by our big fat chemistry teacher. Anyway, now the exams are over, and to get back to the topic...
Favorite dialogue from movie -
"Tintin, come and warm yourself..."
"Captain, what have you done?"
"O you needn't thank me..."

Favorite dialogue from the books-
1- Tintin and the lieutenant's conversation in The Broken Ear.
2- Didi's telling Tintin to find a way in The Blue Lotus
3- Anything said by Captain Haddock, especially "Acting the Goat"
