In the finished versions of Tintin books, Hergé's signature usually appears on the very last page. However, the other day I noticed that in Destination Moon, Hergé's very distinguishable signature occurs in the last panel of page 6, rather than being on page 62.
Does anyone know why this might be?

When the books were serialised every week in the Journal Tintin, Hergé signed the last frame on each page. These were removed when the books were prepared, but - on this occasion - I presume it was overlooked.

This question needs to be asked of Hergé himself.

Well, feel free to get your Ouija board out and give it a go, Zaveri, but personally I'm happy enough with the perfectly logical explanation given by Richard! ;-)
