Crab with the Golden Claws: Odd frames in French facsimile?

Hi to Everyone,

I really enjoy this site, it's full of interesting stuff.

I recently bought some copies of the French colour facsimiles, the last one being 'Le Crab aux Pinces D'Or'. They really are beautifully printed with clearer, more luminous colour, much nicer than the oversaturated printing of the standard books.
Anyway, I immediately looked for the frames that were redrawn. I was intrigued to see not just how many there were, but how they clearly stood out from the rest, having a cruder print quality, including the frame boxes.

The frames in question are pg 14 fr7,8, pg 16 fr4,6, pg 17 fr1, pg 18 fr 3,4,5, pg 19 fr 6,9, pg 25 fr4, pg 53 fr6,8,10, pg 54 fr 8,9, pg55 fr11, pg 56 fr2,3,5,6, pg 57 fr1,2, pg 58 fr2.

My question is: is this a real facsimile of the original? Or is it a cut and paste job from two completely different sources?
