Find the two Tintin albums which shows "Loteria Nacional" words.

1. in The Red Sea Sharks (p.3-C2), among Alcazar's lost papers, there's a ticket that reads 'Loteria Nacional'.
2. in Tintin and the Picaros (p.20-D1) two panels mention this name in Tapiocapolis, on the sidewalk behind the car.
