Now I am going to prove you all, that I actually can make one proper question. This is hard but I'll try.

Name the album and the page, where Haddock is wearing a tailcoat and a top (silk) hat.

This time there sould not be room for misunderstandings, but by tailcoat I mean the coat the classic music players use in consert and by the top hat I mean Uncle Scrooge's or Uncle Sam's hat.
