The Daily Telegraph reports that:

"the books by René Goscinny and illustrated by Albert Uderzo have got it almost all wrong, according to the exhibition "Les Gaulois" under way at Paris' Cite des Sciences."

Really now? With all its historical backdrop, "Asterix" has never been a documentary. So of course there are factual errors. So I don't see what the big deal is.
