Valuation: Tintin & Snowy in a racing car

I was at the San Francisco Tintin shop in 1995 and bought a limited edition open cockpit racer w/Tintin and Snowy driving. It was very nicely hand painted orange with superb detail. If memory serves me correct it was about 15" long. I paid $600 for it at the time. Well it's been packed away for some time now - not even sure where to look. My question is value.

Has it gone up in value enough for me to start looking or should I just let it stay buried for a another 10 years?
