Can anyone tell if these DVD's are spoken in English?

I think they are, but the box says something in French. Are they those little episodes from the albums? I have seen some of them in Finnish TV - actually right now Finlandsvenska Television presents them in Swedish with Finnish subtitles.

It says on the page that the languages are in English and in French, and it lists the English speaking actors there aswell. So the DVDs must also be in English. That should answer the question.

Yeah, I have that, and it has both English and French, even though the entire box is in French. That's region 1 though, so if you aren't in US or Canada, you won't be able to play them.

Thanks guys (or girls)

All I needed was a confirmation. The French writing made me suspicious. If I don't find DVDs in Finnish anywhere, I'll buy the box from Amazon.

Besides, tuhatkauno, on your DVD player you can change the language from French to English, and vice versa... If your player is programmed that way.

Grattis grabbarna! (thanks)

Now I found the box in Finnish as well (about 30 €), but still I will buy the English version some day. I love Tintin in Finnish but it is refreshing to have one's daily Tintin in English or Swedish occasionally. Even Germany will do every now and then ;)

The 2 Belvision films of Tintin (Temple of The Sun ; Calculus Affair) are available in French, and with English track since May 2008. You can buy them through
www.amazon.fr

I bought The Calculus Affair and I can play it in my computer by changing the system to region 2!! :) happy!

If you want these two movies, you could always buy the 3 film boxed set, which includes Lake of Sharks, and is available in the UK in English, with the scripts included as text files; it's usually to be found for under a tenner.

In my case, I already have The Lake of Sharks, via Canada.
