Tintin Character books

Hello all,
Does anyone own the Tintin character books (Tintin, Haddock, Snowy, Calculus, etc.). Written by Michael Farr and 48 pages each. Are these wroth buying. Does Farr have anything different in these compared to the "Complete reference" book. The Tintinshop has these books but before I buy I wanted to check with people who own them about their frank opinions. Any comments would be great!
