I purchased two Tintin-themed stamps on eBay, for a staggering 4p!
One with Skut on, and one with the Emir
Anybody know how much they are worth?

2p each? ;-)

It sounds like you might have two of the "pretend" stamps from a set of thirty-one (30 small stamps and one large), which came/ come as a sheet.
I know that there was a release for the 50th anniversary, but I think that they may have been re-issued over the years, as I've an idea that I've seen variations in the large stamp (the small stamps are set around the outside of the large one) - although I may just have dreamt this and there may be only one design.

Each is made to look like real postage stamp (all are different) as if issued in the Tintin world, to celebrate him and his friends and adventures.
They don't actually work unless you are in the Tintiniverse, so they won't do for sending letters anywhere outside Borduria, Syldavia, etc.!

I've never actually seen loose stamps from the set, as the sheet is quite decorative, and I imagine that most people would keep it whole.
I imagine you'd pay five to ten euros for a complete sheet - so you got a bit of a bargain in some ways, but I don't know how easy it will be to make up a set of loose stamps - I'd look for a complete set.
Try searching eBay or online with things like feuille timbres Tintin (French for sheet of Tintin stamps) as your terms.
They were bilingual in Dutch/ Flemish so vel van Kuifje postzegels might also get you something.

Good hunting!
