Rare Hergé signed and inscribed first edition 1976 Tintin et les Picaros
Plus very rare hand drawn Tintin and Snowy with the inscription!
See here for pictures!
Any idea on the value of this item?

It's very hard to attribute any signed object without a provenance.
It's key that the object has some verifiable history with which to show that the signature and sketch are as described.
This isn't a dig at you or your book, but unfortunately there are enough fakes floating around to make it necessary.

Moulinsart has a system for getting items authenticated; you could run it past them if you don't have anything else to establish its link to Hergé, and even if you do, it would give an added layer of support to the item, as I think they issue a certificate to say that they have vetted it, etc.

The provenance is that the recipient, Alex Hamilton is the husband of Stephanie Nettell, award winning editor of literary magazine, Books and Bookmen and later children's book editor at The Guardian newspaper.
