Hello all,

I was wondering if anyone knows if 'Dossier Tintin: Sources, Versions, Themes, Structures' (by Frederic Soumois) was ever released in English?

Would anyone also know if the facsimile black and white translations of the earlier Tintin adventures have ever been released, in English, for all the adventures (rather than a selection). I know Casterman released the French ones in a box set.

Thanks!

Concerning the Soumois : it was never reprinted let alone translated - and you'll be lucky to pick up a copy for less than 100 Euros (I've often seen it priced at 150 Euros in specialised book shops...).

Although any new edition would need quite a bit of updating it remains one of the best studies of The Adventures of Tintin.
