Facsimiles: Should I buy the French "Congo" mini-facsimile?

I cannot decide whether or not I should buy Tintin au Congo in the French mini-facsimile version, as it would make quite a bit of a hole in my pocket.

Are there any differences between the English and French facsimiles (publication dates, format, contents etc.)? And what is meant by mini-facsimile? The seller says it is Casterman 2010.

If I find that it is worth it then I will buy it, never mind the money, or else I will just let it pass.

So it would be very kind if anyone can enlighten me.
