Cameos in Tintin: Do Jo, Zette & Jocko or Quick & Flupke cross-over?

Just for the fun of it, a convoluted one... ;-)
In May 1930, "Tintin" - in the form of schoolboy Lucien Pepermans - made his return to Brussels at the end of Tintin in the Land of the Soviets, accompanied by Hergé.
On October the second of the same year, Quick, in a Q&F strip titled Rentrée des Classes (Back to School), is grumbling that there's nothing sadder than going back to school - until he enters the playground, and says:
Quick: Heureusement qu'il y a les copains!... Salut! Pepermans! Comment ça va?... (Luckily there are friends!... Hi! Pepermans! How are you?...)
He then gives Pepermans - who is turned so that he can't yet see Quick - a more than hearty slap on the back, which sends the other boy reeling.
Quick continues:
Quick:Ça fait plaisir de retrouver les copains; pas vrai, Pepermans?... (It's nice to meet up with friends; right, Pepermans?...)
Pepermans (nursing a throbbing shoulder: C'est vrai, Quick!... Une amitie comme ça... c'est... c'est touchant! (It's true, Quick!... A friendship like that... it's... it's touching!)

So my proposal is that Quick's copain Pepermans is in fact a cameo by Lucien, and therefore, by extension, an ersatz appearance by "Tintin" in Quick & Flupke! ;-)
