Well, it's coming right up, on Thursday, May 22, 2008: Hergé's 101st birthday, which to me is actually a little bit more exciting than the 100th last year, because 101 is palindromic (the same backwards as forwards). I'm not sure how I'll celebrate, but I will say now: Happy birthday, Hergé!

I got that in my datebook! I'll say: ' Happy Hergé Day' to all Tintinophiles and Tintinologists around the world!

I wonder if Google will do one of their little special occasion logos!

		I wish it did!

I guess we'll have to wait until tomorrow to find out if Google did something special.

I'm sure Herge would love to know that his artwork would be in a collection of modern art!

It's the Day! Again, Happy Hergé Day!

rastapoper: Everybody forget. What are you saying? are you implying that everyone has forgotten, or are you telling everyone that they should forget? Believe me, I have not forgotten.
