Robert Crumb meets Carreidas

Here's a lovely photo of artist Robert Crumb meeting Carreidas of "Flight 714" during an exhibition of his work at Galerie Lambiek in 1994.

Can't think of a better set of contrasts: Crumb, the underground rebel outside the mainstream, mixing with a top industrialist from a comic which pretty much defined the mainstream (in Europe at least).

Moderator Note: You can insert an image only if you actually own it; just presenting an image from another site is leeching, and isn't fair, as that site loses the traffic which might have gone there, meaning they are doing all the work, and losing the bandwidth for no return.
