I see three 'moustaches' on both the front and rear plates of the car (the fifth frame on page 13 and the third on page 14 are the clearest places to see them on the front plate).

That's quite right! Back home, I realized my memory hadn't really been helped by the flag site I quoted, as it wrongly pretends the '3 red stars flag' belongs to Borduria, instead of Nuevo Rico!

My last post's 'On top of it...' (last) comment is consequently irrelevant, so please be so kind to consider it as barred, thanks!
