Dawson, Bobby Smiles same person?

I just recently noticed that Dawson looks sort of like Bobby smiles. ayone else think so?

I thought so as well but when you look in the rocko and Jocko there is a resemblance to Mr Baxter as one of the main characters please correct me if I'm wrong on that.

Yes I too feel that they do look alike but then they are different people.Bobby smiles is the gangster in "Tintin in America" whereas Dawson is a corrupt chap in "the blue lotus'

Looks very similar to a chappy in one of the Jo Zette and Jocko stories too

notice the size of thier nose anyone
and bobby smiles always keeps his mouth closed while dawson seems to keep it open all the time
