At night, when I can´t get no sleep. And no, it doesn´t help at all.

I tend to read Tintin whenever I feel like it, but less so in Summer because I get sweaty palms and I don't want to ruin the pages.

Well, lately, since Tintin's birthday, the 10th of January, I've been reading one Tintin book per weekend, in order, beginning with Soviets. I'm starting to get into the good stuff now, having read The Blue Lotus on Sunday.

All the time. In bed. At school. During breakfast. I am destined to destroy them with dirt and rice krispies but once you start it is so hard to stop!

Whenever I'm not at school, really.
I WOULD bring in a copy but then I'd have some of the sneery people in my year ask me why I'm reading a kid's comic for 6 year olds.

Oh, I've been through that. =( Some people are so cruel. But if I hadn't taken Tintin to school, I would never have discovered that a good friend of mine hides a secret love of Tintin and admires my courage! :)

It's strange. Around here, Tintin is openly read by grown-ups. It might even be viewed as the least childish comics (much less childish than the so-called "adult" comics anyway).

So, in order to affirm my personality, I used to bring out Smurf albums in public. Hah. Now that induced some round eyes around.
