Don`t know who is Erik? He`s the real name for THE PHANTOM ,which come from the orignal The Phantom of the Opera.
May be you ask: WHY the Phantom & Tintin linked???
Because for the Phantom orignal autor: Gaston Leroux.
Rouletabille is another creation for Gaston Leroux too.
I`ve found this sentences in 1987 Penguin Group Signet Classic: The Phantom of the Opera`s introduction: Rouletabille is said to have been the inspiration for Herge`s wonderful comics book hero Tintin, but the original has few or Tintin`s endearing qualities.
Like Tintin, he also is a journalist!
And some Rouletabille fans said Tintin is Rouletabille`s cousin!!
(See http://www.objectiftintin.com/whatsnew_Tintin_71.lasso .)
The Rouletabille comics version, he`s BIT LIKE Tintin!!!
And don’t forget the musicals: The Temple of the Sun & The Phantom of the Opera!!!!
What a small world!!!!!!!!!!
