Guys, i've been thinking of what food did Tintin eat during a cookery class in the morning(+8:00 hours). Well, we really did see Tintin having a meal but only in a frame or two in some Tintin Albums. I may try to piece up somekind of a theory. I took in certain factors in going to my theory:

1) Tintin's physhical well-being.
2) Length of recovery from a wound.
3) Tintin's excercise routine in the comics.

Well, ready to see my theory? Here they are:

Tintin took in protein-rich foods like chicken, fish or beef as evidence shows Tintin being able to recover from falls and resist harsh punches. One good example was in The Black Island where Tintin fell from a high 2.5-3 meter wall. He did went away without a scratch.

He also took in high-calcium foods like chesse, milk and tofu as evidence shows Tintin being quick in recovering from bone fracture or wounds that affect the bones. One good example was in The Black Island where Tintin was shot and the bullet grazed his skull. He managed to recover in 1-2 days. That maybe unreal but could be strong evidence. He took in alot of fruits and vegetables to keep him strong and heal from minor or major bleeding.

Let's talk about his lifestyle now, Tintin always keep himself healthy and fit. Some things that he did to keep fit was doing fitness routines like strecthing. He did pratice yoga in the morning. An example was in Tintin and The Picaros, where Tintin did a yoga handstand.

Well, there is tintinspartan's theory. Hope you like it. Well, if there's anything to add on, help yourself.

If your former theory (of names) was peculiar frankly speaking, now you make sense. Tintin must have a brilliant mental and physical condition. The right diet and hard physical training enable him to perform his tricks. Tintin doesn't look very muscular but his muscels must be in perfect condition, that's why he can resist heavy punches. Furthermore I would like to emphasize Tintin's inexhaustible mental power.

Well, we know that. Now, Tintin have good stamina and mind. We seldom see Tintin excercise but he may have came out from harsh life of scouting as Micheal Farr explained in a radio interview for BBC 4. He learnt how to carve things and do workouts and calisynthetics and that's how Tinitn keep himself fit and healthy. We seldom see Tintin in muscular form but I believe I know how Tintin's body looks.

Tintin have muscles but look, teens nowadays kept their muscles although they took in alot of fast food and snacks. My friend, Brian always drinks one or two bottles of Coke everyday and eats Mcdonalds everyday for lunch. Do you think that Brian will be fat one day? I think so as he never excercise that much but let's try to compare Tintin with my muscular friend Brian and our good old pal, Tintin.

Tintin knows how to keep himself fit and strong. He always go running and trekking almost 5 times in a week and plays sports like tennis but I don't know what type of sports Tintin did. He eats a balanced diet and I say, in my conclusion, Tintin wins agaisnt my friend.

Poor old Brian.

But never mind, we're here to help him!

Perhaps you should suggest he takes up tennis? Stop eating McDonalds everyday (KFC is so much better) lay off the Coke (again, go for Fanta) and go for a nice brisk walk.

Don't worry tintinspartan. We'll have Brian holding his own against the boy reporter before too long!

Be strong.

I'd have to read 'The Adventures of Brian' first, but for now, I'd agree and guess Tintin would win...

If he eats a lot of healthy foods and exercises a lot, does that mean heas abs yet?

This goes back to a question someone asked about how fit Tintin was, and I think that this is a question that cannot really be answered (in a truthful way) for the simple reason that I get the impression in the albums he did one thing but in the animations he did something completely different!

I like your theory, tintinspartan, but I think Tintin's recovery speed has something to do with his metabolism, too. You see, without proper system, the materials (protein, calcium) would not be used efficiently.
