How is "Rastapopoulos" pronounced?

I pronounced it Ras ta po po lous

The TV Series said Ras ta po pu lous

English dubbing? Nothing wrong with it, but the
French version goes Ras-ta-PO-poo-Los.
I follow that one because the original books are in French.

I've always pronounced Rastapopoulos "RAh-stah-POP-you-luss". Wow that looks funny in writing.

I pronounce it rahs-stah-po-poo-los, with the the end of the (teehee) "poo" rhyming with "you", so I have to extend that part a little. My sister pronounces it rahs-stah-poh-djghosyui7wftrsvbakuy <--- This means she just says any gibberish she feels like at the end.

I say it as Rah-sTah-poP-uuoh-luuhs. When I heard Tintin saying "Rastapopolous" in the French version of Lake of Sharks, I thought it sounded like RRas-tah-poP-uuuh-luss!. I wish he appeared in the Belvision cartoons...

I didn't know that either! Am I supposed to say my "Rah-stah-pop-uuoh-luuhs" as RRRrhAH-ssTaHh-ppOpp-uuuoh-luuHs instead?
