Hello everyone!
I thought it would be funny since today is the 12th of September to ask you this question: what significance does the 12th of September have for Carreidas? I hope everyone can get a laugh about this and have a fun 12th.

Wasn't that the date of his first theft?

That's right, Captain Chester!

Carreidas: twelve, nine, nineteen, ten. Yes, that's it

Rastapopoulos: 12-9-19-10? That's your number at the bank. You're sure?

Carreidas: At the bank?... No, no, no: at the greengrocer. Outside that shop, among the fruit and vegetables, on the twelfth of september 1910, I stole for the first time. A pear! I was four years old. It's as clear as if it were yesterday.

well, that day is now 97 years behind us, and if Carreidas were still alive, he would be 101 years old.
