Could someone tell from which Tintin book the drawing in this link is from...?

King Ottokar's Sceptre: Tintin, in jail, receives a note from a "friend" telling him to pretend to be asleep while being escorted to Klow by the police.
It's all part of a plot to justifiably kill him "while attempting to escape from custody".
