Ornithology: The birds appearing in the "Tintin" albums

It's come to my attention that Kit Jewitt has dedicated a couple of blog-posts to locating and identifying the birds which appear in the Tintin books, all of which makes for both interesting reading and a very useful reference.

Undoubtedly worth a look, and the thoroughness and effort involved are both to be commended!
