I was born in istanbul and met with english at 12 years old. I dont know how but students in belgium learns 7 languages in few years. I am not that intelligent. If you want to read european books , below information could work for you. I am now 55 and AI reports I know meanings of 50000 english words. It makes I learned 3 words daily in 43 years.

Now BANG !!!!! I have no other 43 years left. Shortcut needed. For Germanic languages Frankisch Conlang , For Romans languages Interlingua conlang , For Slavic languages , two conlangs interslavic and slovio and for nordic languages luxembourgish.

All conlang grammars and dictionaries at google.
