Tintin on Blu Ray, HD

Im hopeing when Blu Ray gets more popular the Tintin cartoons will find there way on to it. I know probabaly not that much differnce but has anyone here seen the Tintin cartoons on a high definition screen if so how do they look?

Do French people have Blu Ray over there and so much GB on a blu ray they could fit dubs and subs on there terrible realease.
