Flight 714: Kemajoran Airport, Djakarta, and its Tower

I am currently looking for detailed information about Kemajoran Airport, Djakarta, as shown in Flight 714, which no longer exist.
This is a link to my Picasa album about the abandoned Airport Tower, which is still standing.
I’ve been trying to find out information on the web, but it's very rare.
If anyone can help to get more detailed information about the airport, please assist.
