I couldn't find info on that site, but that's a very strange combination. Usually the books would be put together in chronological order (and not by theme: you could arguably take off that adventure on Calculus (The Calculus Affair?) and replace it w/ Tintin in Tibet--you can follow the discussion in this link: http://www.tintinologist.org/forums/index.php?action=vthread&forum=1&topic=1014). Was this comic authorized?

I would think absolutely yes. Der Bild is the biggest selling daily paper in Germany, owned by Axel Springer Verlag, and with a circulation of 3.7m; them pirating a Tintin album would be like The Washington Post pirating a Batman book, or The Times doing an un-authorized Judge Dredd album.
